Manipulator Series Gantry Type
The Manipulator Series gantry type provides automated loading, unloading, sorting, and transfer for flat glass panels around cutting, edging, tempering, printing, or other process equipment. Four- and five-axis servo configurations allow the handling path to be matched to the required pickup, transfer, and placement sequence. The system can be planned for one or two carts and can connect several production stages through a coordinated material-flow cell. Gripper design, panel size, thickness, mass, coating condition, rack geometry, cycle target, safety zone, and upstream or downstream interfaces must be reviewed for every project.
Illustrative application scene based on the product configuration; final line layout is project-specific.
Key Features
Four- and five-axis servo configurations support different transfer paths.
Gantry layout keeps the handling envelope organized above the process area.
Cataloged applications include loading and unloading around tempering and cutting.
Single- or double-cart arrangements can be reviewed for the material flow.
Interfaces can be planned for edgers, tempering furnaces, cutting machines, and printers.
Fault detection supports clearer operator response during automated handling.
Gripper and motion path are engineered to the panel and rack geometry.

The large-format minimum-size entry in the source catalog is internally inconsistent, so it is intentionally not published as a number here. Confirm the usable range after the gripper and rack design are selected.
Applications
- Loading and unloading before or after glass tempering
- Panel transfer between cutting, edging, printing, and inspection equipment
- Sorting parts to multiple carts, racks, or process lanes
- Automated handling cells where repeated manual lifting should be reduced
Customization Options
- Panel range, thickness, mass, center of gravity, and surface condition
- Vacuum or application-specific gripper, sensors, and loss-of-vacuum response
- Four- or five-axis motion, travel envelope, and cycle sequence
- Rack, cart, conveyor, and process-machine interface geometry
- Guarding, safety scanners, controls, HMI, and plant-level communication
Packaging & Shipping
The gantry beam, columns, axes, gripper, control cabinet, and safety devices are packed as labeled modules. Shipping design accounts for lifting points, long-component support, protected servo equipment, container limits, and the planned erection sequence at the destination.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
- Review of payload, panel center of gravity, gripper coverage, and safety factor
- Mechanical travel, axis alignment, homing, and repeat-motion checks
- Vacuum, sensor, fault-response, interlock, and emergency-stop verification
- Dry-cycle and representative-panel trials for pickup and placement logic
- Interface testing with carts, racks, conveyors, or process machines in scope

Frequently Asked Questions
What products do you manufacture?
YISEN focuses on gantry-style manipulators for transferring compatible flat glass or panels between racks, conveyors, and process stations. The exact machine or line scope is selected from the buyer’s substrate, process, layout, and integration requirements.
What industries use this equipment?
Typical users include glass processing and panel-handling cells that need controlled lifting, transfer, loading, or unloading. Suitability should be confirmed with actual part drawings, materials, process data, and required output.
Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
Custom options can cover gantry span, travel distance, lifting stroke, end effector, vacuum arrangement, rack and conveyor interfaces, controls, guarding, and cell layout. OEM or ODM requirements should be defined in writing and reviewed against the final technical configuration.
Can packaging and shipment markings be customized?
Transport frames, crates, moisture protection, lifting access, labels, and shipment markings can be discussed after the machine layout and shipping route are confirmed. Any logo or special marking requirement should be included before packing approval.
Can you provide a product brochure or technical catalog?
An electronic brochure and available technical information for Manipulator Series Gantry Type can be supplied during the inquiry. Ask for the latest revision and identify the models or process steps you need to compare.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide panel material, dimensions, thickness, maximum unit weight, pickup and drop-off positions, rack or conveyor drawings, cycle target, available space, utilities, and destination. The quotation is based on the approved scope and final specification rather than unverified assumptions.
Which Incoterms can be discussed?
EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP arrangements can be reviewed depending on the destination, equipment scope, and available logistics service. The applicable Incoterm, named place, cost coverage, and responsibilities will be stated in the final quotation.
Where is your factory, and can buyers visit?
The factory is located at No. 2, 8th Road, West Area 2, Lianhe Industrial Zone, Luocun, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Buyers can request an appointment so the relevant equipment and technical staff can be scheduled.
Can you sign an NDA?
An NDA can be reviewed before the buyer shares confidential drawings, samples, or process information. Signature and information-handling requirements depend on acceptance of the final terms.
What documentation, training, and after-sales support are available?
The project scope may include operating manuals, electrical information, setup records, operation videos, remote training, commissioning support, and spare-parts planning. Confirm the required language, service location, response method, and included deliverables in the contract.
